[3.25] Ice Dancing Queen - Icestorm/Cyclone/CI - Viable For Everything
on the topic of megalomaniac jewels, i was at one point using this one which was not too bad of a combo that helps with es and leech
Conservation of Energy - 10% increased maximum Energy Shield 0.3% of Spell Damage Leeched as Energy Shield Thaumophage - 0.6% of Spell Damage Leeched as Energy Shield 25% increased Spell Damage while on Full Energy Shield 10% chance to Hinder Enemies on Hit with Spells poe is going down fast. Diablo 4 and Baldur's Gate 3 have no performance issues. play them instead

" Looking at POB, I can add Rumi's in and uncheck the flask. The Max Physical hit reduction is very minimal overall. Much of the physical damage reduction is coming from other areas. I have found #1 Immortal call gives to greatest amount of toughness via Max hit taken. So ensuring more uptime via Increased Duration is very important. I was running an ice golem on CwDT with Frost Shield and IC - great for crit chance, bad for IC up time and defenses. #2 Flask uptime is also extremely important for Max Phys/Elem Hit taken. Since Im running a Watcher's eye with 22% taken as Fire/Cold and 8% spell block, dropping Runi's was a worthy action to pick up the life regen from the Sorrow of the Divine. Taste of Hate added 15% more physical taken as cold - Plus 20% reduced cold taken. (This make Rumi's look very weak) But, one could still use Rumi's and maximize up time via the Timeless. If you can max/min the resistances for the Wise Oak, you get an additional 6% reduction for the fire damage taken, and even 6% for cold take assuming Taste of Hate is not active (but Taste of Hate is already doing 20% reduction when active so it's a Win/Win). Adding 2 more flasks (Corrundum for mapping, Bottled Faith for damage, or Atziri's for damage) seemed like a very poor choice. Considering my max physical hit taken would stay very low for 50% of the time. These are great choices if survivability is there elsewhere. #3 I agree, Light Eater seems very enticing! Im currently annoited for Careful Conservationist, so this would be an easy switch to Light Eater! Im just not sure how it would affect flask charge gain during boss fights. #4 Currently, I run 3 flasks vs Sirus and other bosses for maximum up time. For mapping, I add in the corrundum flask (+Crit Strike Chance) and run 4 flasks total, killing keeps these charges up anyways. Overall, damage is only down by about 100k/hit but max physical hit comes up from roughly 26k to 32k not counting Heartstopper or Frost shield. The timeless is giving flask charges %, Alchemists Genius, and much needed DEX. The only thing I'm really sacrificing is some Int/crit multiplier from the jewel. Its so hard to find a double crit multiplier with Int on it anyways! Or finding it with mana recoup. Mapping in general would always provide enough charges for flask uptime without the timeless. So, maybe Ill need to respec the build while I run a 100% delirious map, and just keep 5 flasks running? Ill keep toying with it and maybe pick up Light Eater, but I think I'm about maxed out atm. Might have to make special changes for various end game content. Thanks again! Последняя редакция: jondada. Время: 28 сент. 2023 г., 15:24:15

These are very interesting observations!
About Ruumi's : you want to look at physical EHP, not max hit. Block is yes or no, so only the 1500 armour is going to show up in these stats, hence the very minor difference. Having Rumi's on makes your effective HP go from 296k to 537k, a 81% more multiplier! That is very hard to beat. As a comparison, the effective HP boost from Taste of Hate is 16.4%. Your whoel Watcher's Eye is 17%. Unless you're building specifically for Uber bossing and that only, Rumi's is leagues better. For mapping purposes, where you take a bunch of smaller hits, it's not close. Sorrow of the Divine is an interesting option, but I wonder about its usefulness without a life flask. You could just take Zealot's Oath on the tree and use a better flask. Don't forget to set your PoB on Pinnacle boss. That's a loooot of curses. Nice to see Anathema in full blown action. Unfortunate that you have to give up the Ball Lightning setup, but entirely worth it. That int/cold damage/frosbite synth ring is incredible. How much did the base cost? |

" I ran some Sirus and Maven Ubers today. I changed out Sorrow for Rumi's again and found that I had better luck on face tanking (accidentally) some of Sirus's Beams. I also changed my annoint to Disciple of the Unyielding (bottom of tree, +1 min Endurance charge, 8% dmg, Endurance charge on kill). I did this primarily for added duration of IC. Between the flask and node change, there was significantly better damage mitigation. I had considered changing to Awakened CwC for the stun prevention for mapping instead of the corrundum. Casts per sec may be a problem, so I had not done this yet. I really could level up one time, and pick up zealot's oath to run bottled faith for full-screen ES regen (~500/s) +40% dmg. I watch the market quite a bit. The ring was for sale as is, 80 div, insane steal when I saw it! I had the Anethema and thought it was a great deal, but didn't make the change until I bought the synthesized. | |
Great build, great guide !

Small observation regarding the budget PoB.
Allocating the Dreamer wheel + Mastery costs 4 points. Per second, our regen/cost ratio is 139.3/91.52 (so 152%). If we only allocate the small passive at the entrance of the Disciple of the Forbidden wheel instead, the ratio becomes 143/119.68 (so 119%). However, we get back three whole passive points. That could be 15% more damage. I think 120% ratio is enough to keep us going and worth it to free up three points. It's incidentally the ratio the high-end build uses. At the high-end, we are terribly affix starved because of the amount of resistances and attributes. While -mana cost is a prefix, being able to use the craft on attributes or resistances is very useful, and there's the ES prefix you can craft if suffixes are full. Putting one point there gives 44 mana regen per second, which is enough to offset more than the two crafted modifiers. |

" wow thats an awesome find, does it not show properly on pob? i have 5 charges ticked but its only showing 17 mana regen |

Hello, just stumbled over this build in prep for 3.23, and this looks very interesting. I have played the Occultist version a long while ago, and while I value the boss-dmg and defense this setup with trickster delivers I wonder if there is an option to keep the explos? Any1 know any tech thats worth looking into?
| |
" It gives 8% per charge, so in your PoB, if you have 5 max charges, it should show up at a 40% increase. Since we have little other source of % mana regen, it should be substantial. Both budget and high-end PoBs give over 40 regen per second. |
|
" Use Oriath's End. A bit pricey, but you keep explosions. There's also a chest affix, but then you'd be looking at double-influenced gear and that's a lot more complicated. |
