Fallen on deaf ears unfortunately.

I'm still having issues as well. Last time I tried loading up the game (which at this point is about 2 weeks ago), I got into my hideout (surprisingly), and the moment i started a map, clicked on the portal.. the grinding gears came to a halt and my entire system froze. Had to hard reboot.

Not doing that anymore.

We need fix man, I am just sitting watching others play, that's sad

Only thing that worked for me is turning off engine multithreading..but playing on 14 fps is hard..

To those who are asking me about their legal rights/options in EU and UK:

I cannot send private messages because I have not finished Act 1 and will not finish Act 1 while this problem continues. I won't risk my PC for that.

I cannot write it here on the open because that's what got me banned for 3 days. (Well 1 for the first post with Steam account, +2 for the second post with the original PoE2 account)

I would write it if they let it stay up and only ban me instead but since they are deleting the post as well it serves no purpose.

Furthermore, I ask anyone who sees this message to please give a negative review for Path of Exile 2 on Steam.

To be fair I first thought they warned me for telling others to also post their negative reviews here as a separate post but when I removed that portion and reposted I got the ban.

Getting it extended was 100% on me though. Although I cannot fathom why they did not ban the linked account together with the main account, other than giving them a reason to extend the ban when I post from it.

Naturally I can't even talk with support because I cannot send DMs...

My first impression of the game was in the form of a complete PC freeze where I had to shut down. A few kind people in these threads posted an affinity "fix" so that along with other tweaks allowed me to play for about 40 hours. I guess I was lucky.

The game obviously has a lot of other serious issues, but to leave this one unmanaged to the extent that they have is completely incomprehensible.

I blame GGG for triggering me personally to become a troll, and they removed several posts. Alright, maybe that's on me. But I am not angry about all this as much as exasperated. Why go about conducting your (GGG) business this way?

The game has a lot of potential but when you play enough of it the honeymoon phase will end and you won't even think twice about stepping away until they fix it.

I was looking forward to play PoE2 with my wife.
While I have absolutely no problem with my 23H2 PC, her rig with 24H2 also hardlocks during most loading screens.
I refuse to implement workarounds, especially since she isn't a technical person, who isn't bothering with running BES/Lasso on every startup.

We get it. We know that the 24H2 update is fucked. There's a reason why the rollout has been stopped/halted several times. We also know that other devs faced this issue in the past, and eventually found a solution (with Microsoft) in a relatively short time.

What I'm gathering after WEEKS of posts and hundreds of pages combined in different threads, is a company that doesn't bother giving a community PSA's out, that isn't a singular default copy-paste and common sense response. It gets even more frustrating if you hear from OG PoE players that this issue apparently persisted for MONTHS with an outstanding fix.

I find this kind of behaviour towards their userbase absolutely shameless, and shows that the priority doesn't lie in giving people (who paid for it!) access to the game. I might look past the fact that this is an early access title, if there would be at least a basic form of communication.
All I can see right now is a company, telling people with that problem to get fucked and that they update the issue when they feel like it (or more likely, wait for a Microsoft fix).

I had a lot of fun. Same did my wife watching me play or switching sessions.
But we won't be returning. A gentle "Fuck you" goes both ways.
I don't even care if this post gets removed. This will just show me that you police your forum more than your actual playability and communication.
