Hard crashing PC locks up

After the last couple of hotfixes we are back to pc getting hardlocked again ( Yaaaay! )

I also feel like every time they pushed a hotfix the game ran worse and worse.

Pretty close to giving up at this point since i've done everything I can and more to deal with it but they seem to just worsen the problem instead of helping it with each patch.

Can confirm that, did you freeze outside of a loading screen as well?

I froze during trial of chaos, when the trialmaster stops you to spawn the monsters. it was not a loading screen so poeuncrasher couldn't prevent that. Only started to happen since very last patch. "Fix E" I think it is now?

I had an freeze yesterday after interacting with an Strong box on a map, juuust right before monsters spawn.. Seems like monsters spawning (in quantity) is causing the issue aswell as load screens :\
