POE 2 Complete PC Freeze while loading screen

Well...things were looking hopeful there for a day and a half. Sadly, I got 2 "not respondings" from poe uncrasher just now...so the problem definitely isn't fixed. Just that it's manageable so far.

For me, it's progress at least.
Feels bad to pay for EA, and not being able to play without downloading a third party software, or disable/enable multithreading every loading screen.

The hype I had for the game is went from the top to non-existant. Bumping this up for visibility.
I never had the game freeze on me during loading screen before the patch 0.1.1., now it's happening around every two hours or so of gameplay. Seems like the patch made it hit players who had no problem before.
This is also happening to me after patch 0.1.1. PC will freeze during loading screen every few hours. It doesn't crash but since my pc is unresponsive I can only press the power button to reset it.
I've been able to play some with the use of PoEUncrasher in admin mode, but for the past 24 hours the game freezes my system 100% of the time even before the log in screen, requiring a hard reset to recover. So I'm completely locked out for the time being.
Im running into the same issue now after updating my windows
Well I'm installing "Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.26120.3000 (ge_release_upr)" - wish me luck!
I think I know the cause of the problem. I installed the game from the official POE website, and it ran perfectly. Then I uninstalled it and installed it via STEAM... the game constantly froze my system. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it from the POE website, and now the game works flawlessly again, without a single system freeze!

I hope someone from support is reading this.
For diagnosing the issue and pointing out the cause, I expect GGG to reward me with a train full of golden honey!

For people experiencing complete Windows system freezes, check if downloading the game directly from GGG might solve the problem.

For anyone that thinks rollback is the solution:
Rollback does not solve anything by itself. If it was a solution then everyone who have rolled back would have started playing without getting PC-bricking hard crashes.

For anyone that thinks "Windows 11 is a common denominator" argument is logical:
The game crashes on Windows 10 22H2, Windows 11 24H2, Windows 11 23H2, and Linux. The only reason you see more Windows 11 24H2s is because more people are using that OS.

Similarly a common denominator among the PCs that crash is that their users often breathe. Is your breathing the cause behind the hard crashes? This is how you sound to someone who knows statistics when you claim this is a Windows 11 24H2 issue.

We can argue all day long. In the end the only ones to know what is happening is GGG. As GGG's paying customers GGG should have been communicating with us, but they are not. In fact instead GGG attempts to muddy the waters by using misleading language, which we saw at the 3 hour long Q&A stream where they acted as if the only crashes were crashes to desktop (and blamed NVIDIA for it); which we saw on the very first week when they blamed Windows 11 24H2 despite the fact that at that time we knew it had nothing to do with these crashes.

Dear GGG, Enough is enough.

We-as paying customers- have the right to know:

1) What went wrong?

2) What you are doing to fix it?

3) What possible causes have you eliminated as the source of the problem?

4) What triggers have you discovered that starts the resource hog loop other than "zone change"? (This one is really important because it allows players to create workarounds)

5) What is your estimated time of fix?

6) How did this sort of bug managed to avoid detection in your testing period?

7) What you will be doing to compensate players that have been affected by this issue?

8) Whether refunds would be made available for those that are no longer interested in playing the game?

To other paying customers like me who have spent their money on this faulty product:

As long as GGG is not interested in open communication our only other option is to increase the pressure and warn others by giving a negative review for Path of Exile 2 on Steam in a detailed and informative manner.
I cannot send/reply to direct messages because my in-game character has not finished Act 1.
What to do:
1)Write a short review about the hard crashes in notepad.
2)Copy and paste it to steam reviews, put up a negative review.
3)Copy and paste it to steam discussions, put it up there.
