POE 2 Complete PC Freeze while loading screen

Nvidia update is available right now.

" NVIDIA apparently said they were going to release an update in January that fixes the crashes so I'm guessing he thought this would be the fix but, yeah sadly looks like nothing of the sort. |

i only had those rare'ish dx12 crashes
installed Linux Mint and have no issues d:-D*

Nothing is fixed in new "NVIDIA DRIVER UPDATE", don't even bother.
Just crashed again. |

Source on Nvidia claiming this update supposedly fixes POE2 freezes. It's a similar issue to the Ubisoft games freezing so it potentially could, but I'm doubtful since this seems to happen even to people without Nvidia GPUs and it seems more like a CPU related problem. I bought the game to 2 of my friends.
Both of my friends bought a new computer One with a 4080 super with 9800x3d another one with 5800 with 4070. Both of my friends CAN'T play the game cause of constant crashes. So we all 3 ended up not playing the game, we just quit right now... This is hilarious how on earth is this possible we have played for more than 20 years in pc gaming to a lot of games together NEVER happened before in ANY game... I love poe I love poe 2 but this is not acceptable :(. |
