Same situation with me. She got stuck outside of the soldier wall, if i remmber correctly after using the snaked dash attack.
Once she got stuck, i also became unable to use any crossbow skills. I tried to restart the game and still couldn't use left click attack. UPDATE:
Now I'm stuck outside the arena. The only remedy to this I've found so far is waiting for 15 minutes for the instance to reset. Logging out/in just starts me in the same or the Viper in the same impassable state. |

Happened to me aswell. Got viper stuck outside the arena of soldiers after a lot of icewalls while she was in the air.

I was standing in the corner of the arena and I got stuck and couldn't move when the soldiers moved closer.
