The Venom Crypts Act 3

There is a Corpse with a green quest marker in the middle-ish of the map which a checkpoint before it. Nothing happens when that body is clicked or interacted with. I'm assuming something is supposed to happen because there's a second area of the Venom Crypts in the "Below Ground" World Map Toggle that doesn't seem to be able to be found.

Same thing for me actually. Go to the Venom Crypt and you can see the icon on the minimap, but nothing is there for you to get the quest item from.

same here, cant complete the quest because quest item didnt appear

Same over here, has anybody found a solution for this? I really wanted to get chaos resistance...

I have the same problem. Ran the zone twice but don't see the quest item.

Same here, unable to get venom draught for 10% chaos resistance quest reward.
