You are not getting a drop because you didn't speak to her before starting the quest. Go back to servi - talk to her, then travel back to the entrance of venom crypts, hold ctrl and force a new version of the instance. Then re-enter and clear it till you reach the checkpoint. You should see it drop now.

I have talked to Servi and have the quest and still get this bug
