Completed "The iron Citadel" Map but on the atlas it says "Map failed"

I Completed "The iron Citadel" Map, killed boss got "atlas Boss passive Skill Book" or smth, killed all rares used book got 2 points, started next map but on the atlas it says "Map failed" on "The iron Citadel"

So what happened is, i went to the iron citadel before exploring the burning monolith and getting the actual quest. so it seems that map counts failed now, and i did not got a fragment from it

I went to the Burning Citadel first.

I've done 2 Copper Citadels so far, beat them both and got the fragment from each but just like you...my atlas still says 'map failed'. So I dunno probably just some weird bug or something.

EDIT: Oh and just to add, even though both of my Copper Citadels say 'map failed' on the atlas, I have that portion of the quest done.

Just want to second this bug. Found a copper citadel and killed Jaman raman and I got my Faded Crisis Fragment. It completed my copper citadel quest from the burning monolith, yet the map says I failed and I cant path through it. Doesnt seem to be a big deal just annoying because it is right next to a tower.

Same. But i explored whole map, 1 monster left, map isnt complete.
I think that the last mob is boss. But he is killed and still somehow displayed on the map, event after i ran all the way to the beginning and back to boss.

Got the "Map Failed" bug twice, both time with Iron Citadel. Killed the boss both times, got fragments both times. Yet the mapstatus displays "failed". Can't progress further beyond those waypoints.

Happened twice on the Iron Citadel for me as well, seems like the game doesnt think the boss actually died, the icon for the rare mob was still on the mini map.

Same for me, I still have a marker on the boss even thoug he is dead. 2 monsters remaining.

Just completed my first Stone Citadel and same issue. Complete the whole map, killed the boss, got the fragment, but still says map failed. I have visited the monolith first. Can't progress past this node so I have to path well out 3 to 4 nodes to get back on track.

Confirm, and this bug still exit after new patch !
