Completed "The iron Citadel" Map but on the atlas it says "Map failed"

Confirmed that this is still happening, just had it happen to me.

Same thing. It said that there was 1 mob left, I crawled the whole map and didn't find the mob, I killed the boss and the yellow ones. In the end I left and went to another map. Now the citadel glows red and it says that the map has failed. You can't go into it anymore :(

same here today..2 mobs stayed on map, boss killed, got the fragment but still failed.

Same here, killed everything, got the fragment > map failed when i logged back later.

Same bug for me. 2 iron citadels, got fragment but map says failed.

Same here, cleared all rare mobs and main boss Count Geonor but 1 mob left on the map that does not shown and map will fail once closed and reopened next.

Yes this bug still exists... i've killed the boss and all enemies, still "mapp failed" even tho i completed the Quest (kill Count Geonor) and got the Fragment.

Same bug, cleared everything first try, but iron citadel became labeled as failed

Got the same bug. Killed everything, 0 Monster remained, first try Boss Kill, got the fragment, but Map is not completed, and now it says Map failed. First Stone Citadel.
