Too little too late...all my people left the game week ago
I hope you’re going to take this slowly and not make radical sweeping changes. Your lack of oversight over the festive break has created an atrociously bad market situation where any tangible upgrade costs the equivalent of a four family household food bill for a week. It’s almost impossible to make that currency in a week, the game is horribly unrewarding and extremely repetitive for minuscule progress.

P.S. Darth is probably one of the most hated and toxic streamers out there, you could/should have chosen better.

Best thing to happen would be patchnotes about fixes. Them fixing bugs and glitches so more builds could actually be used (certain bugs are making it not possible to run builds properly).

After this they should fix issues with support as well, and then they can continue doing nerfing and such like any other game.

The reason for a clear meta is most likely cause of the bugs are limiting choice, e.g. when I could still log in I avoided playing mercenary cause the reload sometimes was stuck for 5-10 seconds.

It's not enough to fix the problems. Make sure the dev team is learning why systems like armor, boss damage/hp and attack windows were so bad. How did a major problem like this even make it into the game? Were people just not thinking? Was there pressure to rush early access? Did the team not even play the game and just test if things would "move on screen"?

If so, fix that first or we'll just be running into problems throughout EA and into release.


You just said it yourself, “early access”. That’s the reason. It is unfinished, untested (to an extent), imbalanced.

Also, these types of games always struggle to find the sweet spot.
That's a terrible reason. If a dev thinks, you know what I like...gardening. Let's throw in gardening as a requirement for progression. Just because it's early access doesn't make it an excuse for not putting in proper thought to game systems.

Early access shouldn't be a "let's throw everything at the wall and see what sticks". There should be some sort of thought and direction for decisions.


That’s not a terrible reason and there is 100% a ton of thought into what they’re doing. You’ve got half the game missing lol. Don’t you think there is so much more to think about? You’re really putting the devs work and effort down and that’s what happens when you’ve never run a business, when you've never run a project of this scale and when you’ve never even made a game yourself. You think you can say things like that and you think it makes sense. It doesn’t.

Devs can choose how to approach their design in any way they see fit. Now I would agree your point if they said this was the final product and released it to the public this way. You’re asking for a finished product with no mistakes and I think you’re slightly confused. No disrespect.
