They clearly state that the hacker was able to see a history of purchases. "you bought points", "you spent points on stuff" is not "heres the creditcard number: XXX PIN: XXX and the exact DNA string and geolocation of the person XXX"

How do we know for sure GGG is telling the (whole) truth?
And how do GGG knows for sure since the attacker/s deleted the entries from the log?

If they kept the shipping information, who said it wasnt possible to keep your CC details ?


GGG is obligated by the law to let us, the users know about the breach.
Why isn't this post on the main page and also on every social media they have?

Actually, if you read it and you purchased items that were sent to your house they had access to that information. But you can tell me for a fact that no other information such as credit card data was stolen? You know exactly what they had access to right?

GGG has received zero consequences for multiple data breaches in the past. They rely on enough many people being afraid of taking legal action. Outliers will just get their accounts permanently banned.

For example, they had a compromised staff account early 2024 and apparently did nothing since they had another compromised staff account late 2024 again. Same vector. Will they do anything this time, other than "We are incredibly sorry for this lapse in security."?

Is this why some people no longer have access to the beta?
Will everything be able to return to normal?
