Sending another email moves you to the back of the queue? I sent an email in December about being charged four times for something I didn't purchase, and when I got a response fairly quickly asking for transaction information I responded immediately with the requested details. So when I got no response after that it was because I was sent to the back of the queue? I still haven't got a refund for the $200 that was charged to me.
I still have a request that was initially submitted on December 12th, received its first response from GGG support on December 25th, sent my reply promptly on the 25th, and am still waiting for a follow-up.

I understand that GGG's quite busy, and I don't envy their position, but I wish I could receive an estimated timeline on how much longer I'll need to wait.

Those numbers don't bring me comfort on the support ticket I sent on November 22nd which I am still waiting on. I still love y'all, and I appreciate your work but where are you dudes at? Must not be answering in a first come first served basis or something?
