Those of you on Steam, I encourage you to leave a “not recommeded” review until GGG can prove to us they care about and are prioritizing customer support.
Yep and I cant even play my game anymore ever since I requested to have my steam account switched to my new email which in turn broke my game and says my account doesn't have POE2 access even though I played 55 hours of POE2 under my other email.

To switch my email account, support resolved it within 24 hours and now going 4 days with pure silence after it broke and I cant play anymore. Searching the forums it appears that is a known issue and I wish support would have told me this risk could happen rather than changing it, breaking my game, and then go silent as I sit here and stare at a game client that doesn't work since it appears my steam license did not transfer over to my new email, and what a joke.

...without mentioning their standing policy of not offering Technical Support. No matter how many thousands of euros you've spent on their one game over the years. Be a shame to miss out on a golden opportunity, y'know what I mean? 😃

The lack of communication is very disrespectful and a huge slap in the face to so many people. My issue from Dec 4th is still unresolved and there are so many other people that have been waiting just as long, if not more.

Losing the trust of your consumer and player base is not the way to a successful future.

Ah, dont worry, its just a matter of time until GGG turns the switch off on path of exile 1.
