Announcing the First Path of Exile 2 Race Event

Does something or someone in the management has changed or is it just me ?

We, the player base, and you, the develloper used to be in a kind of good relationship before the POE2 EA release.

Now, almost all decisions you make are not on point, this race think is actually stupid. How could this event be positive and good considering only the poe1 speedrunner / veterans will get their hands on the 18 prizes?

No one need a race when the SSF Campain in poe2 is worse than Ruthless in poe1.
We need a lot more natives drops since level 2 in the camapain, A LOT MORE.
We need Alteration Orb to be able to start a little craft. collecting bases and drop hundreds of them is shit.

I dont understand the rewards of this event. This event is only for the top 100 streamers, there is absolutely no point for anyone else to participate.
Why didn't you AT LEAST offer a cosmetic for anyone succeeding the challenge in less than XX hours ? This would motivate a lot of people of participate.

The "Join Event" button isn't working at all, for either Race 1, 2, or 3. I hold down the A button while selecting the Race, and no character creation pops up.

Is there a participation reward for everyone who completes Act 3 even if we don't make the record time?

Like a free loot box would be nice :O

Or something... otherwise there is just no reason for 99% of us to even bother.

It could be super nice and cool if you award the PoE 2 Twitch rewards from December for those of us who missed it :P I for one did not realize they were going on, I was so busy with the Holidays.

Couldn't agree more. Why would I waste my time for no reward?
