Nerfed block chance, health regeneration, fire resistance. Smith of Kitava became less durable:
The following Uniques can no longer drop, and will be reintroduced at a later date: Infernoclasp The Oaksworn Unique Shield now has 20-30% increased Block Chance (from 40-60%) The Flowing Metal Notable Passive Skill now causes Body Armour to grant 50% of Armour to also applies to Elemental Damage from Hits (previously caused Body Armour to grant +5% to Maximum Fire Resistance). The Leather Bindings Notable Passive Skill now causes Body Armour to grant regenerate 3% of maximum Life per second (previously 5%). Perhaps in the future Blackflame Covenant will play some role in solo target damage.
