Just a daily reminder
While there is some truth that there are SOME players that might be in your "Vocal Minority", it's incredibly disingenuous to paint everyone that is negative about the game into that.
The patch overall is clearly liked less than 0.1. Are you going to claim the "Mostly Negative" on STEAM of all platforms is also a "Vocal Minority" ? Let me get this right, Reddit Negative = Vocal Minority, Forums Negative = Vocal Minority, Steam "Mostly Negative" = Vocal Minority? Perhaps, maybe food for thought, people who LIKE this patch more than the previous one are the "VOCAL MINORTY" Stop with this non-sensical glazing and dismissing EVERYONES opinions because you like this patch. Glad you're enjoying it, but the MAJORITY are clearly not. If the game needs to grow in the right direction for most players, there need to be significant changes. Attitudes like yours that patronize everyone who disagrees with your opinions reeks of narcissism. |

" Thank you. You said everything that they should listen. |

" Thank you sir. That was a reasonable answer. |

" LOL Right. As same as Helldivers2 used to be. |

" helldivers 2 alienated 99% of their playerbase to cater to a few streamers. thats what happened. its documented. you can look up the mistake. it cost them alot of players and im sure even after they fixed it alot never came back |

" amen brother. there is no constructive conversation. interactions like this is why people stop trying to give feedback and just move on. |

"Can you show me where it is documented? The only information I have about the "downfall" of "Helldiver II" is the ban in 177 countries and then the follow-up with huge nerfs, which they ultimately took back after some backlash from the community, but the damage remained. [Removed by Support]

the nerfs were catering to the 1%
the rest of the player base suffered. people left. it was a huge thing. poe2 is walking the same path. its 3:30 in the morning brother im sure if you dig a little bit you can find some forum on it or something. but yes the company made the mistake of thinking that catering to a few whales would be lucrative, and all they managed to do is drive away a majority of the player base. https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=MCfSIXyo5x0 2 second youtube search literally. i did not watch it. dont know what it contains. |

"A search result where you don't even know what it contains, but act sassy with "2 sec youtube search"!? Mkay. Where is the correlation between "it's the streamer's fault" and the timeline of events? "Helldiver 2" had a player peak of 458k on release, then remained with most players (437k), but had a loss of 100k in the next month (333k). From there, in May 2024, it went down to 125k, losing 62% of players. That's where the "Sony - 177 country fuck up" and then followed by the "Arrowhead - nerf everything fun fuck up" happened. Since then, the player base has dropped down to somewhere between 60k-80k, with December 2024 as an exception (148k), only to drop back again. The "the game failed because Arrowhead catered to the streamers" argument doesn't make much sense so far. You know what actually could be connected to "streamers"? That the game was so successful for the first few months in the first place. Big streamers all over the place start playing the game, and their viewers (communities) buy the game too. Play it for a while, and then drop it because the streamer plays something else, yadda yadda. [Removed by Support]
