75k on steam alone. POE2 is on 3 other platforms. Launcher and console. SO yes hundreds of thousands are in game enjoying themselves.
And if you look at monster hunter wilds. It had 1.1 million people at launch. Right now only 54k people are playing on steam. Poe2 has good player retention | |

There were several changes for the better, but many for the worse, especially when it comes to diversity. At least last season we had all sorts of variety smashing pinnacle bosses and map clears + ranging from minions, cast on effect of EVERY ELEMENT, spark, tempest, flicker, 2h smash, grenades, chaos/hexblast, lmao...the list goes on. THis season is MOSTLY spears, psn, bleed ,and the amount of damage vs investment in comparison to anything else is GIGANTIC! THIS^ is why ppl are upset. It isnt that they THINK ONLY LS and Spear is dominating bc a streamer said so. They are upset bc div:output ration is just stupid in comparison. You cant convince anyone that throwing on 2-3 uniques, a couple 40 ex phys/light dmg rings, and using spear is not extremely skewed in comparison to what it requires for most other builds RN. Also, i find it hilarious how many top streamers you tend to follow, yet the other day you were in a post ranting about how ppl just copy/paste builds etc and dont understand the game....Yet, here you always are copy/pasting some well known streamer's work like you deserve a trophy whilst making some moot point... All you ever do is post other people's build guides dude and antagonize ppl that disagree with you. Be better. "Not that you're wrong but if something like lightning spear stays in the game, it forces gameplay designs to accomodate it. So instead of fixing breach, the breach would remain the same because blowing screen up is the design, one shot deaths would not be a mistake in the design but intent to create the only possible threat. It's very harmful to the game whether you play SSF or not. Wanting to trade is just another venue that is damaged by massively overtuned builds. |
