Your problem here is that you want them to just make poe1 with better cutscenes and some new graphics. While what they are doing is making a new game, which involves testing new systems.
Still ok numbers for early access seasonal game, middle of half kind of almost season. By your logic, PoE 1 is a complete failure of a game and should be deleted asap, 10 years of content and 7k people - why aren't you playing it btw, graphic too old, or no sense to play it without a fresh gimmick?

Nah, game design is not a democracy. I disagree with almost everything you say about the game, so which customer is right? Majority? Then go ask people which music genre to delete, and you will end with Bach deleted and Despacito still avilable. The idea that customer should decide game design is stupid, there is enough of dependency on customers in this supporter pack system, without your misguided ideas about the mythical, unifided "customer", who accidently always wants exactly what you do.

Btw I will gladly upgrade to Liberator or buy next 480 if the game stays close to vision, and will not if it goes your way. What now?

Btw 2 PoE 1 is still alive so far, and 2 is not even finished, so hard to judge the final amount of freedom, and then there are seasons to come. The idea that it's dead is just your hysteria, come back when the death is announced or there is no 3.26 in June.

No, it's better to have 2 games, I will play both, and don't need another PoE 1 with less content, which wasn't even meant to be that but is quickly adapted bc some guy demanded it. Again, come back when PoE 1 doesn't respond when you press play.

Especially since it uses a lot of supporters money from previous years.

And poe1 is dead for 7 months, idk what you're talking about

No one would complain about poe2 being bad if poe1 had a league every 3 months

And how is it not Path of Exile? It has the same "core values", everything that made Path of Exile... Path of Exile is present in the 2nd game.

Ok but a games predecessor isnt typically an identical copy of the previous one.

Having the same name implies that its a similar game, typically in the same world with similar mechanics and playstyles.

If it was just gonna be an exact copy then there would be no point in making it.

They wanted to make a new game because they wanted to try new systems.
And its in early access so thats why their testing new atlas system, new crafting system, new combat mechanics, etc.

Some of these I fully expect they will go back on and copy from poe1 and some of them will probably when their fully developped be better then they ever were in poe1. But if you just stamp your feet and shout thats everything bad if its slightly different in poe1 then its not gonna lead anywhere.

PoE1 dead, funny I just played it, good time for HC SSF ruthless since it's all quiet anyway.

I'm sorry you can't play without trade, or that you need some new gimmick in this infinite sandbox of freedom, one you all love so much that you demand a sequel to be a copy of it.

Funny btw how I seem to love 1 more in all its aspects than the PoE 2 bad PoE 1 king crowd.

Yes shame there is no leagues, doesn't mean game is dead, and I thought it's al about endless possibilities and superior gameplay? Idk

New systems? They took almost all of the systems here from POE1 and the only thing truly new is the gem system which is a wreck.

Well you are in the 3% to 5% that like the game. That is not enough to support the product. So you wont have this game because it wont make any money unless they MTX pay to win the hell out of it.
