I respond like that without thinking about it. I am way too old to change that habit just because the internet thinks it is shouting and wants to judge me.

If I feel someone isn't understanding that I am talking about myself, how the situation affects me personally and rather they reply with broad generalizations I write like that.

There are a few posts on this front page about people who die to often and quit, as well as people asking for 1 shot mechanics to be removed.

For the most part people reply in generalizations to those people.

You need more armor, more gear in general, more whatever.

The reality is that person already feels they have spent enough time doing all that and the loot/crafting they got during their journey is what it is. Their class/build is what it is. They are frustrated that they are still dying over and over. It feels like all that time was completely wasted.

Reality is, the answer is, that class/build with those items cannot survive that attack and any time you come across mobs that hit that hard, you will die over and over. Math is math, your character will die.

Those players must accept that and start again with a broken build that can survive it or quit.

Devs must see the loot/crafting many players/class/builds need to try and survive is not dropping at a rate that these players can find it or craft it before they get so frustrated from dying that they quit.

I tried mentioning that. Even showed graphs of other successful games with same trend of player #. Think some people want to vent and will use whatever they can find to hold up as evidence for their frustration.

A better bet would be how long those 30k people stay for, i would give it two weeks. So 30k more than the current number is 50k people total, based off steamdb numbers when patch .3 hits. Two weeks after would still have to be 50k people.

Now thats a better bet. Unless and auction house, instant buyout is implemented. If so, all bets are off.

You're the optimist who said glass is half full XD. 280k were joined 0.2 on a league start, 30k are playing rn, kind of worst retention ever. So, 250k left a "literally unfun game" according to you. You're right :)
