Just popping by to hopefully keep this on the radar. I really wanted to look into making an active block build with this as a core part of it, but alas it isn't to be this league.
I imagine its because they've specifically labelled it "imbue" rather than treating it like any other skill effect duration time (such as for time of need's cooldown between effects). |
