stuck in act 4 [enter the excavation site]

i also encountered this, how to fix this. im stuck, i rather quit than make a new one :(

just experienced this as well. please fix.

Ctrl Click the Waypoint, Start New instance, redo zone and it will work. I just did it that way.

Try this:

In Steam:
Right-click path of exile 2,
Properties,
Install files,
verify integrity of game files.

It took a couple minutes and repaired 40 files for me.

Nope. None of that worked. I posted to STEAM as well.

Sorry none of that helps. Still get locked out of going in the doors behind Benedictus. I have reset the instance multiple times, I've also waited the time for it to reset on it's own and gone back and it's still showing a fully revealed map of that area (but with mobs reset) and I'm unable to "go in the Excavation Site" behind him. Nor am I able to "refight" him a new time. I tried checking my Steam/POE2 files and they were fine as well. This appears to me from this thread and one on Steam site that it's an internal issue within the game.

Please help and advise.

Hm... same here. Did reset the instance like 5 or 6 times. Always getting stuck at the platform. Either alone on it and the dude is locked out or we both are locked out. In either case nothing is happening.

The one time we were locked out from the platform I did go out again but I have still been slowed down, could not attack or sitch weapon sets. Opening a portal was not possible.

No idea how I should proceed.

Happened in standard league.

Edit: did another reset, killed the boss, dismissed all my minions and this time I could proceed. Maybe it was luck or the minions.. dunno.
