Hammer of Kamasa does not drop from Act 3 The Molten Vault Boss

Thought the first time the hammer didn't drop was cuz he was standing in the lava hammering the wall when he died. Reset the instance, ran again and hammer still didn't drop.

Same here ... just killed him 3x ,.. tried "un stuck" on the last one to see if that and a reset would work no dice ... will just move on for now I guess .. but I think 2 skill points are locked behind this kill

Adding my name to the list, on my 3rd character (bloodmage). First 2 had no issues that I recall.

I'm having the same issue, fought him twice now. Do I just give up on this character?
