Hammer of Kamasa does not drop from Act 3 The Molten Vault Boss

Yep no hammer either. Noticed it happened to me once but thought it didn't drop due to me dying in multiplayer and he killed the boss then resurrected me. No hammer but I guess its just a static thing?

Same story.Did instance twice with full clear - no hammer.

Completed it no hammer left home for 2 hours restarted fresh game and 2nd try still no hammer.

Just happened to me as well. I reset the zone and still nothing. This is the first time i have come across a missing item so far.

As of 9/16/2025, this is still an issue.

No hammer.

Just thought I would include myself. No hammer drop. 1st playthrough ranger got it to drop. Second playthough(monk) didn’t drop.

Same here, 2nd character no hammer too

Same issue. Have killed a few times by resetting the zone - no hammer.
