Hammer of Kamasa does not drop from Act 3 The Molten Vault Boss

Did the fight again today, still bugged.

Bugged for me as well.

Just did the fight still bugged. Also reset the zone and killed the boss again and didnt drop the hammer.

I just finished the fight twice, and the hammer still won't drop.

Still isn't working, just tried again.

Also did the fight again for the third time and still no drop for me. First time this has happend but I have emailed support and hope for a fix sooner rather than later.

If your character is stuck in an area, you can press ctrl enter on the character select screen to respawn in town/hideout.

This is not how you fix something like this. Obviously with 48 almost 49 pages of bug reports alone on this topic. Jeesh!
