same for me. killed him outside of the lava and inside the lava. first time he dropped no loot. inside the lava, he did drop loot, but no hammer for both times. |

I'm also having this same problem with multiple characters. Have tried resetting and killing boss multiple times but hammer never drops.

It happened to me, and I have already tried resetting the map. There was no hammer dropped.
