i understand the OP - i think -
he does not want a "better character building", just a free walking sandbox character simulation with unlimited access to every combination of item, skill and passives, saved states and whatnot
he wants to play...Path of Building
maybe the sheer complexity of the game fried his brain, understandable...

Oh wow, thanks for the deep psychoanalysis, doctor. I had no idea my brain was “fried” just because I enjoy experimenting with builds in a game literally built around… experimenting with builds.
And yes, I’m terribly sorry for wanting options and fun in an ARPG. Next time I’ll make sure to limit my imagination so it fits snugly into your personal definition of what’s “allowed” in a suggestion forum.
But hey, if the idea of players exploring different class paths without rerolling causes you this much emotional distress… I totally understand. Some of us can handle flexibility; some of us just panic at the thought of anything not nailed to the floor.
Anyway, thanks again for your concern about my cognitive functions. I’ll be sure to book an appointment with Path of Building as my therapist.

2. You're offended by feedback on your 'whish'. Pretty strange.
3. You seem to fail to understand the difference between a feedback forum and a i-want-forum.

okay i apologize for being caustic, it is just that this kind of thing has been exhaustingly discussed over the years, even in poe1
to make amends, have you played other arpgs like grim dawn or titan quest? they implemented exactly what you suggest and guess what? this approach also has flaws
doing a full-respec with little to no penalty makes you feel disjointed and stiff jumping directly into endgame, i do not enjoy that and prefer creating a new char every single time, even with the option for a full and free respec
