gtx 1650ti 4Gb.

Set all the staff to low, max resolution 56%, target framerate and cap 30. the goal - achieve 2.9Gb VRAM in graph details (F1). In this case no issue with textures. An if i make it 3.0Gb - textures gone. Also in chrome disabled gpu acceleration. when it's turned on then i get 3.0 GB VRAM and textures gone.
Same issue here. Using a 3050 Ti Nvidia GPU. Last season worked like a dream, so it's pretty surprising the game is shitting the bed this hard. Here's to hoping a solution is found soon.
Same here. Nothing is loading. Using GeForce 3070 (8GB) with AMD processor.

I think they can't just push the game to its limit and actually have to consider players' specs when they do optimization.

Worst-case-scenario might be that GGG never responds to this issue, suggesting that we're just shit-out-of-luck and that our hardware just isn't good enough.

Which (hopefully) shouldn't be the case...since the texture issues weren't present in previous patches that worked fine from a technical standpoint otherwise afaik.


Could be that there is some kind of VRAM memory leak and people with low VRAM simply hit it far faster and more often than people with more. If it's an intended effect of the engine optimizations, I'd hope they could at least come out with some ultra-low resolution textures for people on cards with 4GB of VRAM. There are still a lot of them out there.

You are one of the few people in this thread that seems to be hitting this with more than 4GB of VRAM. Can you talk a bit about how quickly it happens when you load a new zone or what triggers it?

I'm playing on an RTX A2000 with 4GB of VRAM and if using DX12/Vulkan it typically happens in under a minute, often triggered by some action (enabling the FPS counter, interacting with an NPC, etc).

I hope this works with the driver update, but let's say video cards below 1660 don't support the 5.91 driver. I can't install it, but let me know if anyone found it helpful.
