Same thing here I tried changing multiple graphics settings with no change.

Accidentally posted to PS5 for this same issue:
Going to town primarily screws up graphics rendering every time and then will persist in all zones. Will happen in zones as well. Switching between Vulkan and DirectX12 will sometimes resolve and stay consistent in zones but as soon as I go to town, it is screwed up again. Unable to see items as shared in the link below by others: https://www.reddit.com/r/PathOfExile2/comments/1pl85kp/items_not_shown_graphics_reduced_to_bare_minimum/ I am on PC with the game client directly installed, no controller, straight PC. |

not so much, its can be happend, in this year, they in office and can help, but its really sad to skip much time with this bug, ppls play, im just tried do smth with no textures

Found a fix that works for me. I've been playing for +1hr without textures disappearing or restarting, after battling the issue from the 10th min of the launch.
I changed: Max Render Resolution to: No Upscale (Upscaling is no longer as necessary as before with the performance improvements made in 4.0) If anyone can try it and confirm that it works for them, if not I will share my all of my settings. |
