GGG is seeking a SENIOR, yet the job offer reads like something from a mobile game company, none of the requirements scream AAA or "Next-Gen" Action RPG
They need to use the proper terminology because they are building (and need) the best animations ON THE MARKET
They are backed by Tencent and have sold millions, so they should stop acting like a small indie company
The game doesn’t even have animations for opening chests or character rotation it's embarrassing
Why i am always the only one trying to improve things, then i am always swarmed by people blindlessly defend GGG

I want people who actually love the game and have good ideas to be in the dev team, many years of experience to me just sounds like an employee who is burned out and does not care. Just look at Indie games who have been taking over the gaming space lately. Even FromSoft is not what it used to be

I want people who actually love the game and have good ideas to be in the dev team, many years of experience to me just sounds like an employee who is burned out and does not care. Just look at Indie games who have been taking over the gaming space lately. Even FromSoft is not what it used to be
