takes up 2 (or 3? whould prevent stacking 2 of those. maybe a "cant equipt 2 of those" mod)) flask slots


concept behind this whould be giving up on instant flasks and 2/3 slots for this extra strong and overall buff flask that needs a very long time to charge.
something like an emergency flask/boss flask, that you want to farm up in low level zones so you can reuse it. good offtrade imho

(note-> i want a flask like this to feel like wraith of the berserker in D3. but not with the "i can be forever like that huehuehue")
