1) If no prior effect : Makes your screen all blurry, lasts for 30 seconds
2) If effect 1) is applied : your characters moves around on his own
3) If effect 2) is applied : you start puking in all directions.

Used to be one waaay back in CB (before I joined) called Merveils Tears. Made you unable to drop below 1 hp for a few seconds I believe. Was removed because of how abusable it was.
