- increase cast speed 10%
- mana drops to zero for 20 seconds.
- you are rooted during flask effect.

The Lost Flask of Sirens

Lasts 8 seconds.
Drains 10% of life per second.
Drains 10% of energy shield per second
All the minions, totems and curses are disabled during the effect (removes curses on enemies).
100% increased rarity of items from the kills during the flask effect.
150% increased item quantity from the kills during the flask effect.
40% increased movement speed

Per quality:
+5% increased rarity of items
+10 increased rarity of items
+0.5% more ES and life drain
-3% movement speed

+180-220% increased effect duration
+50% increased charges gained
+12% maximum fire resistance

All I want from a flask is for it to continue on during its full duration and not to stop if I hit full.

It's kinda stupid that they don't do this already.

can i just point out that you cant have a unique flask that does not have the white base version... this does not fit with the mechanics of the game if you dont.

So all your bizzare flasks wont happen unless they are on an existing flask. And the unique version has to have some relevence or resembelence to the white version....... just think a bit more about whats possible guys lol. Such as my ruby flask as above
