Kaom's Heart Glorious Plate --- Will it Raise or Drop ? (Price)

IMO fewer life % makes flat life even more valuable,yes kaom's is affected by the life nerf too,but 1000 flat hp is still what it is,and combined with lower mobs damage I think it's going to be even more worth it than before,unless they nerf Kaom's too.Personally I'd remove it from the game completely,it's beginning to look like a pricey version of what Enigma was in D2,an item that makes any build viable and it's bad.

But anyway, I think on the short term it will loose some value because of speculations on item price brought by the new changes, as well as a drop in demand due to the exode of players to the new league.But over time the price should rise up again,especially when the league ends,and demand gets higher.

chris said it himself: with the lower monster dmg the effect of armor rating will improve, therefore rendering the armor stat and armor nodes more valueable than before. i think that this might not be the best armor for melees then (also expect to see more melee players in general due to the rebalancing).

glad to hear that, since so far some melee builds werent even viable w/o kaoms for some endgame content.

the only way to make it obsolete is by adding wonderful chests like in diablo2

I expect it will drop. Survivability becomes less of an issue, and the thing gimps your damage and resists. Still a nice item, to be sure, but all resists + 6L + higher armor would be a better option, I'd think.
