it used to be like that but chris didnt like that you could bruteforce chance his flagship unique koams so now you have rarity tiers and noone can tell how the odds are now

So, now it's not more likely to chance unique then to drop one. I suppose chances get really low no, like factor 10 lower but it's still a lottery.

I wouldn't recommend going out of way of doing this, like, investing heavily.

As small "by the way" occupation/hobby however, it's more then OK. I'm doing this too on siege axes, like 1-2 per day. No harm done.

Does anyone knows list of whites +level when become "chance worthy"

siege axe lvl 66, right?
oculist vestment?
imperial bow?

Personally, I'm about to hit 370 chance orbs used without even a rare worth selling for a chance orb...and I'm seeing some people near 1k without hitting one, all in search of the Soul Taker gold mine.

Hopefully you'll get lucky and get yours within the first hundred chance orbs.

Same exact thing for me too. I've chanced probably 5-600 of the same items and all I ever got was an infernal. Kinda fun to try, but I think its pretty futile.

Good luck OP! I chanced my own Soul Take a month or so ago. It is the only unique I have chanced since starting in closed beta. I just used the orbs as I got them, which I think is a better approach so it is not so depressing. I don't know how many I used in the whole time, but it was under 1000.

Don't get discouraged. I like chance orbs as long as you don't think you are guaranteed a unique. Good luck on getting some nice rares along the way.

Friends don't let friends chance uniques :P

I use my chances on maps, hoping to get a vault or a nightmare or what-have-you. The benefit of doing this is that I roll a ton of rare maps this way, and in the end none of my orbs are wasted.
