I can feel this, I always get super motivated for a couple days then all of a sudden I need binge watch this show I just found or something. Suddenly I goes from super motivate to "I guess i should draw for a bit today."

"I guess i should draw for a bit today." Has been me for the last 3 weeks lol. I still make sure to draw each day for at least an hour. However only 50% of the time I enjoy it.

Shouldn't be too hard to gather interested people over the internet there, starting right here.

I keep myself away from the digital aspects of art until I got an actual foundation. :P

Here is my first "hand sketch" after deciding to get into drawing.
A horrible abomination featuring semi-shading, bad foreshortening and silly detailing. :D



Did not draw much since then but this thread gets me motivated. :D

Haha I think with drawing things try to block it out before you draw it. Makes getting the proportions and all that a lot easier. faster to tweak too.

Thanks for the link, the site is plain awesome.
My girlfriend can use some figure drawing exercises at her current stage.
If we both do this exercise simultaneously, it will grant us a lot of fun, guaranteed. :D

As for your group, if there is no prerequisite of doing digital art exclusively, I am willing to join!
