Hi all. Decided to give LL RF a try after getting burnt out on my HoWA Raider. Have to say I'm enjoying it a lot but I'm still unsure on how to manage maps with -max res, less regen and no regen. So far, I'm just skipping them and letting my raider do them but I'd like to do them with this character.

Currently sitting at 12.2k ES. How do people reach 18k ES? Which gear should i be looking for an upgrade?

Having some difficulty breaking even 10k es any advice would be helpful. I'm planning on switching to a damage over time reduction shield soon which should boost es by another 1k or so hopefully but this is what I'm running at the moment and only have 7.5k es with doryani and 8.5k with ephemeral with auras on





Other than the shield I know my amulet, unset ring, boots, and gloves are a bit weak on the es side what should be the main upgrade focus? Would a presence of chayula be worth buying first or would I be better off upgrading other parts first?

Also a question unrelated to gear how do we proc EE from shield charge without using an added lightning/cold gem? If I get a +elemental damage somewhere else will it work?(what gear should it be on).

as a trickster, tried to get 60% increase aura efficiency to get +8max fire, didnt work,

discovered that we could only get +3.45% as trickster, while guardians get another 0.5% (that can help them to get 8% from POF23).
anyways, if ure a trickster and aiming for that juicy +1%max fire, dont, its impossible, just tested it :(.

Can someone tell me if there is a realistic gear upgrade for me?
I am currently farming the glove and helm enchantments and looking for a ephemeral edge with culling.

Current gear

cant see ur tree, also, are u a guardian or trickster?,

as for your equipment,

get essence and ilvl84 gloves, and use it, 30% MORE damage is insane dps boost.
ur auras arent 20/21 yet, so expect another boost of es from disc, and also from POF23 (1%max fire).
ur blash isnt connected to any curse, useless(?).
after u use gloves for RF as 4L, u can use ur chest piece for movement +COH, instead of ur current cast orb of storms for curse(the 5L shavs should look like shield charge+FA+fortify+COH+curse).
shavs ring(if ure a trickster, if not, use essence on opal to get juicy 50%+inc dmg, and use better ring(look for int, es, res if needed).

id start equiping in this order,
1)gloves.
2)change ur setup (4L RF gloves, 5L COH chest).
3)sell boots, buy boots with 20%movement speed + 1/1.5/2% regenerate on hit.
4)rings, if u capped resists(or capped ele weakness resists if u may), u can try use opal maybe),

start from last, about EE,
u can get on any piece of ur gear +ele dmg(other then fire!), and it will proc, ive got on gloves for example, u can even get it as enhance on boots(add xx-xx light dmg if hit recently), everything will work,

i think ur order of equiping should be:
1)getting any item with +ele, so u can change ur current 5L chest to shield charge+FA+fortify+COH+curse, if u insist on using blash, u can maybe try and get double curse(cost 3SP if ur tree is "normal"), and use 1curse on blash, 1curse on movement.
2)rings, im sure u can switch both for better rings on really low cost(15-20c top for each ring), u can try use opal+essence to get like 50% ele(hope for good rolls).
3)presence, it cost alot so thats why its the last one meanwhile i belive u can find other amulet then chayluya, unless u like stun immunity, there are 2%regen necklaces if u need some regen, and basicly any other stat that u need(str/dex, es, res).

gg gear, other then what u said, cant really give u any further tips then what u said urself,
i guess u didnt go presence cause lack of stats?, maybe look into sacrifising some SP to get flat+30str/dex if needed, and get presence? hugh boost to es, stun immunity and 60% chaos res which is gg.
