I believe a "hit" has to be done to proc EE. RF does not "hit".

On a side note, getting ready to go low life rf as a guardian tomorow in SSF with a solaris lorica, chayula and 15 reduced dot shield, thatll be interesting xD

scored today for 2 exa. Pretty stoked! gonna hit 15k ES easy. Working on ring upgrades now.

Is Presence of Chayula good in this build? I have one, using it but I'm thinking about using another amulet.

It prevents stun and converts life to ES so ya!
You could take Bastion of Hope to prevent stun on block but without movement speed on your boots and taking Prayer of Glory, you'll be walking like you're slogging through mud ( when you're not shield charging) and Bastion of Hope is RNG based. Could still get stunned and not block the hit that stunned you.

Presence is excellent here for either Trickster or Guardian.

Could anyone get me some advices ? If i get a helmet with RF does increased damage would the RF will hurt me more ? Currently running at 82 Fire Resist. I think i'm going to take Barbarism for another 1%. What should i look to change on my gear ?

Also if anyone can take a look at my skilltree. I had to get +30 dexterity and +30strength to run my Purity of ice at max lvl and Vitality. Or should i respect it, and get lower levels of those 2 ?

Is Trickster better than Guardian for this build ?
I'm actually running as Trickster, but my ES regen is not really good.
Also I don't undertand how Elemental Equilibrium and Elemental Overload work with RF.

No, it will not degen you more. The degen amount is only based off 3 things:

1. Total life
2. Total ES
3. Fire resistance

Trickster has slightly faster map clearing speed due to having faster attack speed which makes whirling blades/shield charge go faster. Trickster also is able to get an ok amount of evasion if that is something you like.

Guardian is better in every single other way in my opinion. I have played both variants and prefer guardian by a long shot, but I like farming guardians, shaper, Uber Atziri, ect. Guardian is way more tanky.

Hi thanks for build man really, but i don't understand, it's impossible for me too maintain RF, i have 15k shield shavronne ring but i have not sufficient regen, my shield break in 10 sec x)
My stuff : for passiv tree i just obligate 3 point in strenght but all is good i have 212% fire resist

How does trickster get more es than a guardian? It seems guardian can scale off more things like mana

can trickster do shaper and other bosses easily? i know it says guardian is better for bosses but how much better? really dont want to level a templar but I will if needs be

also eye of chayula seems mandatory for all builds for stuns being low life

I wouldn' t mind some advise regarding one of my rings.


Should I divine it ( probably repeatedly) , scrub it and try again or leave it alone. The 12% ES pisses me off lol
