In the case of Blizzard (and a very distinct and important difference).. those are all paid services. Either through direct game purchase, or through subscription fees.
GGG has no such attachment. PoE is a free to play game. You are under no obligation to purchase anything, and the MTX that you purchase, you still do not own. It's very clear in their Terms. That's precisely sections which were emphasis because they are not applicable in France. (only with very restrictive conditions) You can create and sale a paid service linked to a free service on a digital contract (f2p business model) but in case of an order , the end user become a customer. As a quality of customer you still don't own the account but the provider of the supposed free digital service has to refund the customer in case of breach of contract decided unilateraly (by GGGG without an independant legal 3rd party) The best is to wait and as promised, i will be pleased to send you the feedback of this thread on a few months. Maybe "Que choisir" and i will not have enough ggg claims on france or maybe they are wrong but in any case it always good point that every citizen be aware of and enjoy full access to their existing rights. Are you seriously crying about 200$ you spent over 18 MONTHS. You and your son got banned probably because one of you cheated, they even found proof of it and they just probably banned all accounts on your IP. You already ruined terms of service by cheating, thus you have no right to ask for money back. You don't get banned for nothing, [Removed by Support]

I am happy to hear that 200$ is nothing for you. For me it means that i can buy 4 new games AAA+
You've the right to trust blindly GGG investigation process but if it would happen to you, you would also appreciated to have the right to defend yourself. I understand easily that a majority of POE fans won't believe me, because i can't prove anything and they don't know me. For me it is a matter of honour. I don't take interest in knwowing how GGG ban their customers (technically it is quite easy doing it, i am surprised that it supposed to be secret). It must be an automated cross check of simple criteria like in any digital compagny: - connection with several accounts on the same WWW site for exemple by checking our stash content offline\online for tarde purpose ( i am concerned and it always an excellent 1st criteria but for gamers which lives at the same place it doesn't work) - scan of your personnal computer (not a problem in my case, only use procurment and oos desync macro, i don't know if it legal from privacy point of you) - multiple accounts used simultaneoulsy or not ( i am concerned but i have 5 bedrooms rented all most everytime ... and every month and almost every holiday i have my son) - highly time play (ex: more than 6 hours per day , i am not concerned and this criteria doesn't make sens for unemployed people like streamer etc ...) - suspicious trade in volume\frequency and amount concerned ( i am not concerned , must easy to check on POE server logs and by my activity "laurebreath shop" and "peaceshadow shop") Regards Christophe Последняя редакция: gggaccountlocked#0327. My case was finally cleared and solved by support. It seems that i've been associated with other suspicious accounts.
Ggg has unlock my account and my son account. I am sorry to have been aggressive , i was panicked and really upset about this issue. Now my honour is safe and i can still enjoy for many years i hope. I want to thanks Drakier for his unbiased and his volunteer support. For ggg team i wish them the best and hope they 'll not take personnaly my hot reactions See you soon IG Christophe |
