Who cares on Piety.
I am Templar with the shield MUAHAHAHA.

This was one of the easier boss fights, at-least in the earlier difficulties. I did this fight with full fire resists, 50%ish lightning resist and rejuvenation totem.(cold resists were minimal) In her ice form I just hid behind the pillars and then tanked her fire form with my totem down.


Good fight all-round though, very entertaining.

Hardest boss for me was act 2 followed by act 1. I managed to kill Piety very quickly once I realized her chill form collided with pillars and stuff, you could just run away from the fire form, and you can kill the portals (not a game changer but it helps if you see her running towards one... can delay her morphing by a few more seconds).

Piety was the hardest fight for me, took my first and second HC character from me. The fight itself isn't mechanically difficult, but the effects from her ice form make my screen freeze and drop fps by a large amount.

Yup, Piety was a real b*tch for me too. Used all of my portal scrolls. I'm a sucky summoner witch, and had to ask for help, glad I did, the loot was INCREDIBLE!

Good going GGG, best boss mob fight!

Piety took my first love away. She proceeded to 3 shot my first character due to a gear change that dropped my lightning resist. Afterwards my summoner witch has pretty much made full mockery of every boss encounter by skeleton surrounds.

ignore tactics m8, there arent rly any, just get more gear and zerg it, dodge the electric ball (if u can) and put some dmg there like a totem or minions to keep hitting her so that she doesnt start regenin shield, theres nothing to this fight cept gear requirement.

I find end act bosses a bit annoying, so what I started doing was partying up. It is a lot easier, more fun, and it is very hard to die with a group, so you don't lose exp on cruel and merciless, which is a big +.

As a melee duelist Piety seemed easy, she never came close to to killing me. Now the general on the other hand was rough. His molten armor would rock me and if I backed off, his shield would regen.

I found a long boring way to bring him down though.

Piety is the one boss I don't have any issue with. I have a Fairgrave's Tricorne that I put on to fight her. Take out the fire and ice portals that are near her and leave the lightning ones. Tank the lightning (knowing you won't be shocked thanks to the hat) and kill her when she's in that form.
