Question: did anyone of you who ask for "no nerfs plx" did some red maps?
Im doing fine against those encounters with arc totem hierophant. But thats rather because this playstyle is somewhat...it feels broken tbh and less to my talent creating good builds. But what I mean: The dmg these members deal is insane. melee-members as haku and tiny are less dangerous, but Tora and so on are off screen bitches. I left my Champion at 45 because there was no way i could deal with these stupid encounters in a proper manner. Damage Spikes over 9000. (literally) and a huge clusterfuck of skills and effects turning a otherwise healthy pack of punch into a nuklear strike. They should tame the members. Its just ridicoulus. (maybe only for earlygame where you dont have all your stuff but they do....not sure) |

- streamers and various reddit users point out that some aspects of current league are batshit crazy. they provide videos, analysis - some of that during recent baeclast podcast
- one 'robmafia' guy claims it is all bogus and supports this with.. nothing well, who makes more sense? we do not know - as the way of providing information does not make it more or less 'true'. but who is closer to convince others? i think the answer is clear also the past history of league releases (rushed, bug-full, overtuned, unpolished with bits literally missing) seems to support the 'overtuned as f..' side |

The problem is not on defense or the build, it's on unbalanced aspect of Syndicate (especially Fortifications) But, whatever, people realized there is actually no point in doing Syndicate on maps, as it simply does not scale with level, so the smart play is actually ignore it in maps (faster clear times, no death issues), and do syndicate in Act 10 Последняя редакция: Tamino1701#1831. I have defenses. Slayer leech, 7.7k life, 40k armour, 3 end charges + basalt. Could probably use more chaos res, granted (working on that).
But I gotta say, t11+ syndicates are dangerous AF. My death count has skyrocketed since hitting level 88 because that’s when I started attempting red maps (died like a dumbass to darkness in Delve too but thats separate). Their damage is just too high and needs a small adjustment. I’m not happy with the powercreep we’ve gotten over the last year either, mostly in the form of gear/affixes (new OP veiled mods don’t help). But there’s a reasonable middle ground to look for here, and I’m not intellectually obligated to accept any difficulty GGG adds no matter how extreme. Not every build can get positive chaos res and a 50% flat phys reduction. If those are the only builds that are viable (not endgame boss viable, just red map viable) we’ve got a balance crisis on our hands - all builds being required to use the same few defensive tools leads to an incredibly boring experience with building new characters. Maybe we need some other defensive options (alternatives rather than powercreep). Maybe all of the game’s content should have been buffed more reasonably rather than certain encounters being buffed like crazy. Maybe the community would benefit from helping players with bad defenses learn to improve instead of being dicks about it. I have a hunch GGG will indeed nerf syndicate encounters based on all this feedback - hopefully not too drastically - so be prepared for more “oh woe is PoE in 2018/19” lamentations.
