yeah, the faster you get your casts the more spells you can get off within that window of time. No pots to artificially enhance your crits, but with a diamond you can guarantee really big hits and freezing pulse scales much better with attack speed then crit chance. Early on with supports on freezing pulse it eats mana up but as soon as you get a 5th link with mana leach then its amazing.

Hey I cant see any of the builds you guys have posted, either it's being buggy or they've recently changed the skill tree. I wanna try out a similar build and have got this so far:

From that statement, I pretty much can tell that you have not gotten amazing wands, or a 6L. Because otherwise you would know that it is impossible to have a constant uptime of FP. It gets incredibly expensive and even the amount of regen from something like EB is not enough to keep you filled.

Hell, even a 5L will begin to use like 80 mana per spell. Even at a low 2.5-3 casts per second, thats up to 240 mana in 1 measley second of combat.
