Please dont tell me people wanted to see Bioshock Infinite taking that top place. Because then there is obviously something wrong with this generation of gamers. The game is just a handheld railroaded movie with too much bloom and where you practically cant die due to infinite ammo.

This trend to direct games to interactive novels/movies, is one I absolutely despise.

I'm not too sure, but Blizzard didn't have a game able to compete on this years GOTY thing?

Diablo 3 was released mid last year from memory and they have not released a new game at full release/not beta besides the SC2 Heart of the Swarm (think that was earlier this year). So due to this, I don't think Blizzard cares as they where not expecting to win. Also with D3 on console, it wouldn't of been a viable contender because the original release was last year, even though it was released this year with some 'dumbing down' of the game to make it better/easier for consoles.

Now congratulations to GGG and PoE, great game and better than D3. Let's hope it stays better than D3 once RoS is released, that is the true test come next year.

Yeah guys, I'm sureee Blizzard, the multi BILLION dollar company who has made some of the most successful games EVER they sure are crying because they didn't get GOTY in 2013, which mind you, did D3 come out in 2013? What BIG game of theirs came out in 2013 that was PC exclusive?

Yeah, I'm sure they are crying man. I'm so sure. I love these fucking hate threads about Blizzard. Suck it up and accept the fact that they are one of the top gaming companies out there. Did you get the multi BILLION part? Also, you realize path of exile copied mostly from a BLIZZARD game? Fanboys will never understand. Yes, GGG has done great and they are a small indy company with not as much support/help that Blizzard has, but seriously..get over it. Everyone loves the underdog story, but get fucking real.
