Drops from high-end map bosses

Risk vs reward is very poor in this game. Endless piety runs = tons of rares, uniques and much more profit than maps (money sink). I made 30 exalts in 3 weeks from mostly piety, very little profit from maps. Then you got some ridiculously hard bosses relative to their level (with no apparent reason) which gave the same amount of drops regardless of difficulty. If you ask me, map bosses should give 2x the loot you get from piety. Piety is not end game, maps are, why does piety give WAAAAY more loot per time invested?

you wont like it but because bots and the game secretely revolving around RMT sites in partnership with GGG - its the perfect "crime"

if i were a millionaire id hire dedicated hackers and fuel a fire under their ass to fix their shit.
100% map drops are kinda bad design but an increased drop chance of JUST maps on the boss itself should be okay enough.

That is what was suggested, 100% map drop chance is indeed very bad.

I'm going for more maps now, lets see if bosses will drop more than 2 maps today.
I feel the same way and believe that A LOT of other "hardcore" mappers feel it as well..

ON TOP OF THAT, you want to run these maps with some kind of MF so that you can give yourself whatever slim to none chance at dropping those 76+ map only uniques... The current unique/mapping system is a mess.. This shit seriously needs to be reworked before the next 4 month leagues start up.. F all this minion skill garbage that no one will use just like barrage, flameblast, etc., and get working on the actual gameplay. You know, the part that matters, the part that everyone keeps complaining about.. Not this more and more skill gem B.S.

Play maps with High IIQ and large monster pack rolls, you will get more map drops, the other day I got 4 lvl 77 shipyard maps from 1 map, and 2 lower lvl maps also dropped 73-75.

Yeah Its confusing to me how with each patch you read its just more "added 2 new uniques, added new footsteps, added new ____ skill gem"

Is it just that some of the glaring problems in this game are not easily fixed, or could it be that GGG doesn't think anything is wrong?

Its been a long while now with no improvements toward desync, for example, that I've seen. In fact for me its gotten worse over the last few patches.
I've seen no talk of improving map system or drops.. I've seen no talk of improving trading other than a couple "bandages on a gaping wound".

I work in IT so I know its always easier to work on the small things than it is to invest the time and effort into the bigger things, especially when you are strapped for help and time, but GGG needs to realize if they do not already that people are not going to hang around this game for another two years in the hopes that these critical flaws will get attention, nevermind getting fixed outright.

Sorry but I only run white high level maps, non chiseled.

This is about map drops from bosses, I really doubt you got 4 Shipyards from a boss.

You run white maps don't expect to get any good drops, I have gotten double map drops off bosses plenty of times, last night I had a white map and unique map drop off the same boss, if you are running white high lvl maps you are pretty much wasting them.
