@Alcohonez, I had that ring as well thought it was nice but the fact that you get hit -20 all resist means you need to get more res stats for the other 2 non-socketed colors. At first, I was going to vendor but then I thought, why not I'll just Vaal it and see what happens and the end result is.

whats the best way to convert this to Ignite and Fire Damage or is that possible?

I've just finished act 10 with this build and I'm now starting to get gear. I have 45 Chaos orbs, should I buy gear or craft it? Or is there another way I should go about getting gear?

It's my first time playing such a char following this guide and the first time in endgame and mapping.
I also die frequently and most of the time with single hits. Currently I have approx 3900 life and 1600 ES. I thought this should be fine for T5 maps.
I managed to get down Baran and the EL-Hezmin but only several deaths.

Do I need more life/ES for these bosses as I am aware that my gear needs improvement (rings and amulet) or do I need to change my play style?

Thanks for your input as dying ever so often and then even not to be able to finish certain maps gets boring.

yeah man 5k life is good i need to ask a question for the vets
i got a mod on my big chest
gain 10 percent of maximum life as extra maximum energy shield
does this mean iI have to up my es shield to cover that 30 from mom. plus 10 for shaper mod?i can't do the math.I would like it to be effective

These bosses are mostly mechanical, so learn when you have to dodge and when you can do damage.
IF you die in t5 maps, I'd mostly suggest to play a bit more careful. The build has decent mobility and range so you can dodge a lot of the damage in maps.
Your profile is set to private, so can't look at your build and give more information.

@Matthew222, Your ES just gets increased by the 10% of life as ES. So your total ES should still be about 43% of your total life. (The 43% instead of 30% is because of maths with MoM in general, not because of the mod.)

I guess I need to learn dodging a bit more.

i tried this Build on 2 Char-Bases this League

1 x as Elementalist like in this Guide here and
1 x as Assassin

Using nearly the same Skilltree and Equipment. For Assasin i use 2 x Void Battery and took the Powercharge Notes in the Tree. In overall the Assasin Version for me performs a little better. But "Performs" is just far away from what it does. I also played a Cyclone Slayer (it outdamages the Arcbuild with about 10 C investment by far at having massive Damagereduction and leech) and a IceShot Deadeye (also feels more Tanky with 50/40 Dodge and ~55 Evade, some instant leech and very huge range) in this League so far.

With the Arc Caster i can not yet farm middle of Yellow Maps and still get oneshotted by Crazy mobs. The Bosses feel like dieing never. My Gear is not good, you can Check but also not totally useless.

So can someone please tell me what i am doing wrong with this Arc Build? Normal i would say playing tanky brings a lack of damage and vice versa, a very offensive Build can not be that Tanky.

With Arc i feel slow, deal no damage and dieing all the time. Some Bosses have that many Resistance that i cant kill them! (Yes i took all the able notes for Elementalpenetration.

Also i wonder what makes this Build a Tipp for Beginner?

In any case maybe i just missed something in my Tree or with my Equipment (its current set on Assasin).

Would be really nice if someone could give me some Tipps what is needed to be changed to get this Build running.

Hey - im new to POE (my 1st character tried to base on guide, but honestly don't get all content of "what should I focus in game", etc..

I have question, because i feel like I reached some wall. Probably that's all my fault as I'm noob :D . I have 2 unused slots for skill gems. Its very hard for me to do t15 maps. I can die within few seconds even if life ~ 5.3k and ES 2.2k. I hope I can do something about it and maybe u help :).

Can you check and tell me what should I improve? That is my imported whole character in PoB:

- what would be better: lvl 21 Vaal Arc 0% // lvl 21 Arc 20% ?

- i don't get if should I use wrath or not, because in guide gem setup it is no mentioned, but in items it is mentioned (in watcher's eye for example)
