Please remove useless real money effect restrictions

I would rather a way to review where an MTX is located currently (What item/character it is associated with) and a way to unapply an item without having to go to where the item is currently located first, preferably without having to log in to the specific character it is currently bound to.

These 2 features would make MTX a billion times easier to manage.

A 3rd feature I'd like, but is slightly less important, is the ability to more easily re-arrange MTX in the MTX stash. By this I mean when an effect is applied have it continue to appear in the MTX stash but dimmed out to indicate it is in use, and then allow us to drag/drop MTX around the stash to re-organize it. This will also stop the MTX from annoyingly reshuffling about as you apply and unapply MTX's because using an MTX would no longer be freeing up space in the MTX stash while it is in use.
