I cant really see this beating a random bino's in terms of raw damage output. You're not going to make up 4.5% base crit no matter how many claw nodes you take.

Deadly Dilettante and By the Blade are nice with this weapon. Too low dps to beat high end stuff, but not every new item has to be a bis candidate.
Nice weapon imo. Offers some new options and is strong enough to be usable for some time in your characters progress. Only problem is maybe that you need to build around it, but wouldn't wanna keep it forever. IGN: Scordalia_

That sword is about as genuinely build-around-me-able as Facebreakers (and largely in the same manner), but with better active gem access. So it WILL be used, unlike RotV.
