You guys are listing these desecration places but are they 100% of the time?

For example solar guards for me spawn 100% of the time in shaped racecourse, and in a few more maps.

Goat-man fire-raiser spawns in canyon 100% of the time.

Fire-eater spawned naturally in Terrace.

Are there any monsters that give endurance charges to allies ?

Carnage chieftain = frenzy
Host chieftain = power

both from ashen field in act7

No spectre I know of give endurance charges as a buff. I think some do it as a side effect for them selves. You can also go immortalis + doedre's exilir.

There is combo with Ahn's heritage, after 2 doedre flasks your minions will have onslaught.

Until GGG fixes spectre so they at least scale up as well as down. We have to deal with this kind of shit.

2º - Death's Oath (https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Death%27s_Oath):

If I give that to an Animated Armor he will cast the Death aura? If yes, Death aura damage will increase with Minion Damage? It's no longer a skill of the armor, but minions can't cast skills like that, but the skills become active as soon is equipped, the old one work (He only casts, no damage increase), but I have not tested the new one yet.

Adds (12-15) to (30-35) Fire Damage to Spells and Attacks

Typically this kind of mod only works on hits, RF is not a hit. It is more like a RF thats scales with monster levels. Official the mob skill is called unrighetous fire.

What about: 25% of Physical Damage Converted to Fire Damage?

Nope, it will however apply to their molten strike ability.

Un-righteous fire is pure fire DoT.
