I'm struggling on using arctic armor. When I use arctic armor, my mana goes down to like 250 (which is similar to the mana in the videos), but I'm struggling to play through with this. Whenever I misclick an icestorm (or game lags and I hit nothing with icestorm), I'm basically low on mana. Without arctic armor, I could just spam my icestorm everywhere and if it lags, I just hold down icestorm all around me and everything just dies as I leach back up life.
Anybody else struggle with the playstyle with arctic armor and have advice for me? |

" Are you using enlighten (reduced mana reserve)? Is it a high enough level? You could also try putting your Enlighten + Discipline + Blasphemy + Warlord's Mark in your helm to give it a +1. Personally I have a level 2 enlighten but it's still not enough and I feel the same issue as you with no being able to cast sometime so. |

I'm basically in the same boat as you. I have level 2 enlighten in helm. My concern is that even with level 3 enlighten, my mana is too low.
Do you guys hold down right click to cast ice storm or just click individual times. Maybe my play mechanics is not correct here. |

" Warlord's mark leeches mana. As long as you are damaging at least 1 enemy, you will have enough mana. |

It just doesn't feel that way though. I can feel the difference in how often I'm casting whispering ice and leapslam. I'll try it again when I get a higher level enlighten. Right now, with enlighten and arctic armor, I only has 1 more mana than the cost of my whispering ice.

Loving this build.. about to move onto the shaper, but I have never Done the fight, so probably being overly safe. Just as a thought, below is my gear, what piece Do you think I should get an upgrade for. (currently looking for boots, so outside of that) Gear:

" I like it better, the problem I always had with the standard Build was only ever haD enough mana to cast 1 or 2 icestorms, then had to wait for leach to cast more. with CWC I get icestorm stacks very quickly, and can put them everywhere. Also I feel cwc allows for more mobility Due to not having to wait for echo animations. Single target Damage seems (to me at least) almost the same either way. |
