I think the major Problem is you are Level 73 + your gems are not max LvL

You need to swap where your SRS and Skeletons are being socketed.

skeletons on your staff, SRS with spell totem on your chest. You want that lvl 30 spell echo on your skeletons.

Will you do uber atziri soon ？

Tried the build on normal atziri and minions keeps dying on split phase. Do you have any tips on doing the split phase?

Setup your skeletons, SRS totems and an ice trap under the feet of one of them before they spawn. Make sure your skeletons are in single target mode. Do this while your character is away from your target. The clones will target you so you don't want your minions to suffer collateral damage. I'll also try to post a demonstration.

Hi i'm playing your build and i love it. (necro > all)
But i have a question:
What's the best enchant for the helmet ?

-Corrup for +1lvl gems,
-Corrup for +2lvl vaal gems (if they are all 21-20 or 20-23)
-Aura (anger,wrath or haste) mana reserve -15%
or
-Flesh offering increased attack speed ?
